1. About this Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy describes how information is handled when you use Speedometer – GPS Speedometer (the “App”), provided by WonderTechStudio (“we,” “our,” or “us”).

2. Location and trip information

The App accesses your device's location, including precise GPS location when permission is granted, to calculate and display current speed, distance, and other trip measurements. Location access supports the speedometer's core functionality.

When you save a trip, the App retains trip statistics so that you can review them later. These include maximum speed, average speed, total distance, and travel time. WonderTechStudio does not collect your GPS readings or trip measurements on its servers.

3. Permissions

• Location: Used to determine speed and calculate trip information. You can grant or revoke this permission in Android settings. Disabling location access or location services can prevent these features from working.
• Internet: Used to retrieve and display AdMob advertisements and communicate with advertising services.

4. Advertising and Google AdMob

The App uses Google AdMob. The Google Mobile Ads SDK collects and shares IP addresses, app and advertisement interactions, diagnostic information, and device or account identifiers for advertising, analytics, and fraud prevention. IP addresses may indicate a device's approximate location. Advertising identifiers depend on availability, device settings, and the advertising configuration.

Google's processing is governed by its own policies. Available advertising and consent choices vary by device, region, and configuration. Google's SDK disclosure states that data it collects is encrypted in transit using TLS.

5. Information you provide when contacting us

If you email us, we receive your email address and any information you include in your message. We use this information to respond to your request and provide support. Please include only the information needed to explain your question or issue.

6. Sharing and retention

Advertising information is processed by Google and its service providers under their policies. Support correspondence is retained as needed to address your request and meet applicable legal obligations. Information may be disclosed when required by law.

Saved App data remains available until it is removed. You can clear locally stored App data through Android's storage settings. Clearing local data does not delete information already processed by advertising providers, whose retention practices follow their own policies.

7. Your choices

• Review or revoke location permission through Android's App permission settings.
• Reset or delete your advertising ID where Android supports these controls.
• Manage Google advertising preferences and any consent controls available to you.
• Clear local App data or uninstall the App to stop using it.
• Contact us with privacy questions or requests concerning information you have sent us.

8. Security and international processing

No electronic storage or transmission method can be guaranteed to be completely secure. Google and its service providers may process advertising information in countries other than your own, under the safeguards described in their policies.

9. Children's privacy

If you believe a child has provided personal information to WonderTechStudio, contact us so that we can review the concern and take appropriate action, including deletion where applicable.

10. Changes to this Privacy Policy

We may update this policy as the App or its data practices change. Updates will appear on this page with a revised effective date. We will post a notice on our website for material changes.
